Aim of the meeting:
To update position
of all collateral for the exhibition; and progress the printed + digital invite
to print.

Bec will calculate the amount
of yellow vinyl tape needed to use for the way finding. Blue tape has been
experimented with in the Link Gallery already to test.

I will chase Vanessa to get the
copy for each case.

We will need to confirm vinyl details of
costs, colours etc with Richard
·
Making tables layout has been
designed by the students to have colour and labels as the ‘table cloth’.
·
John Harris has moved groups
from C to A, to help with the documentation etc with Jason.

Amalie is not working on this
project now due to other commitments.

To update Richard
on the progress.

Vinyl copy (Introduction text
and acknowledgements) – Urjuan needs 2 weeks min. to design and set the copy in
collaboration with students. Cromatec will cut and install the vinyl and we
will need to identify the colours available. Richard will cover these costs. Deadline 12th Sept.

Labels/cations per case –
Sallyanne to chase Vanessa for copy and keep it to a min. These can be cut in
vinyl.
·
Marketing contact is Andy
Blaire (Head of Marketing), to arrange press cover.
·
Lanyards needed for students on
Opening Night – Sallyanne to investigate.
·
Copy amended for the Invite –
students given it to incorporate into the design.
·
Richard has a web site we can
add the invite and making films to when ready.

Digital invite can be sent out
by Richard, via Amy Owens.
·
Students (Group B & C) need
to have the floor plan completed with clear indication of where the cabinets etc
go. Identify lighting and painting.
Deadline 12th Sept.

Richard would be very supportive
of painted colour on walls as part of the design.

Students will need to test out
the title in the windows to check weight of card needed and sizes etc.
