Notes from the meeting Friday 19th

Meeting with Bec, Purna, Chloe, Charlotte, Katie Lord, Katie Thomasson, Amanda 19.9.14:

Next Meeting will be Monday 22^nd at 4.30pm in room 201 with:

Richard Hylton would like:

1.    Signage installed by 26^th ready for Open Day on the 27^th

2.    E-flyer and Press Release for the Exhibition 25^th latest

3.    Floor plans and designs for the Link Gallery – 22^nd meeting

Items:

1.    Invites printed and finished. (Corners not turned now).

2.    T-Shirts for the night are screen printed (Charlotte & Katie L)

3.    Materials have started to arrive – batteries here.

4.    Jamie has Digital launch Night invite for distribution to Senior management

5.    Jamie making Canterbury and Farnham Course leaders aware their students invited.

6.    Floor plan developed and will be amended for Monday (Bec)

Need to do:

1.    Heat press the T-Shirts ready for the night (1^st years)

2.    Designs for the Project Table items finalised and printed (Chloe, Katie, Amanda, Purna)

3.    Charlotte and Katie L will do Quality control on Invites sorting 100 for Vanessa on Monday.

4.    Agree Yellow and Green signage split in Link Gallery. Yellow heads to Project Space and for 1 night only.

Sallyanne:

1.    Source the white paper to cover the tables. 1.5m x 75 cm x 20 tables

2.    Get projector tested for height; and sort 2 x tables for GFSmith materials

3.    Speak to Andy Dinnage re: hanging paper triangles in window areas. Where from? How?

4.    Speak to Caretakers about pallets at back of Foundation block to support paper off the floor.

5.    Send digital invite to our Industry list

6.    Speak to Vanessa about paper 21 sheets 540gsm 630 x 960 in both Cobalt Blue and Park Green for the windows.

7.    Speak to Rose about ordering the Foil block and foils to brand the ‘Goody Bags’.

8.    Speak to Rose about the speaker for the 2^nd.

On the night:

1.    Tables to come from Graphics studios on the day.

2.    Boxes of quality items under tables for Industry attendees.

3.    Pallets
